In the last few weeks I’ve been feeling a little lost. That’s how it starts. Then this week I’ve been suffering with congestion and fatigue. Then I make myself slow down and take care of me so I can get better. When I am still and at rest I remember. I remember the things I need to do for wellbeing. The things I need to do to feel better, the things I need to do to stay healthy.
We as women tend to neglect ourselves. We say yes when we should say no. We take on too many responsibilities. We think we should take care of everything and everybody. While the main person we should be taking care of gets neglected. Ourselves.
The thing is when we are taking care of ourselves we then can do all the projects, help others and do all the things we want to do without falling apart and getting sick.
So today I want to talk about restoring our health and wellbeing.
First thing up!
Simplify…………
Keep things simple. Take time to rest. Pray. Drink your water. Eat healthy food. Exercise. BOOM!!
Why do we neglect these things??? Because life happens.
So today I am going to rest, thank God for all of my blessings and pray for those who need prayers. I will drink my water, I will nourish my body with healthy food and I will exercise.
