I’m Debbie. A picture taker, storyteller, life explorer and serial entrepreneur.
I love creating something out of nothing and figuring things out.
I’m from the Deep South and live on Bayou Teche with my loving husband. I’m the mother of four and have three precious grands. I am a Christian and am truly blessed. I have overcome many obstacles in life through the grace of God.
I enjoy working with people to uncover the potential in their homes, in their business and in their community. I hope you find encouragement and inspiration here.
You can usually find me in front of my computer blogging, connecting with online friends, painting furniture, working at Chic & Shabby or exploring life.
I get excited working with women to help them start a new business or to grow an existing one.
One of my missions is to help build our community by volunteering with our Main Street/downtown development program.
At this time, I have two booths inside a store in Franklin called Chic & Shabby. We are located in the Historic Downtown area of Franklin.
I’m also in the process of starting another business in Franklin along with my partner Kathy Latiolais. It will be a combination of my two businesses, Inspired To Restore and Debbie Tibbs Photography along with her business, Lola etc.
Our goal is to be open sometime this summer. If you want to follow our progress, make sure you subscribe to get monthly updates.
